These are the House Rules, terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you and Love Kuching Project.
You, and any guests that you bring to Love Kuching, must comply with the House Rules as communicated with LKP, which include respecting the confidentiality of volunteers’ personal information, respecting volunteers’ personal boundaries, not threatening the safety and security of any of our volunteers and animals, and performing what is required of you as a Play/Clean or service-learning volunteer. Parent consent form for volunteers with portfolio under 18
If you’re under 18, are planning to join as a volunteer with portfolio and meet age limits set for our teams, you’ll need to submit a volunteer consent form.
Volunteers with portfolio, in this case, refers to volunteers who have positions in one of the eight teams that help run Love Kuching Project. A potential volunteer with portfolio will need to sign this agreement if they intend to stay with us for more than three (3) months.
Click here to find out more about our age limits for each team, why we have them and a summary of the terms and conditions that govern our relationship with young volunteers with portfolio.
Parent consent form for ad-hoc volunteers under 18
Every ad-hoc volunteer who is below the age of 18 years (“Young Volunteer”) must submit the signed copy of the Parent Consent Form before starting a Play/Clean or service-learning session at our cattery.
Every ad-hoc volunteer who is below the age of 12 years must submit the signed copy of the Parent Consent Form before starting a Play/Clean or service-learning session at the Cattery, and be accompanied by a parent or guardian to our cattery. Love Kuching Project reserves the right to deny entry to the Cattery to any Young Volunteer who fails to comply with the above.
